Hi Darren, just wanted to write you a testimonial. Our two 6 year olds got themselves locked in the toilet and the lock would not budge! We called Darren and he dropped everything to come over to us as the boys were so young. In minutes Darren had got into the bathroom and freed the two very relieved boys!
